While we know how convenient virtual chats and try-at-home programs can be, all our bridal experiences happen in person at our DFW showroom. At Sunday’s Bridal, we believe there’s no substitute for seeing and feeling each gown up close. The texture of the lace, the weight of the fabric, the way a dress moves when you walk; these are things you just can’t capture through a screen.

Can I bring guests to my bridal appointment?

Yes! We love a good bridal crew moment. That said, our space is designed for a more intimate experience, so we suggest bringing your closest supporters. Think quality over quantity. If you’re hoping to bring a larger group or have a special request, just give us a call ahead of time, and we’ll do our best to accommodate.

Do you carry plus-size wedding dresses?

Absolutely. Beauty comes in every shape, and so do our gowns. At Sunday’s Bridal, we’re proud to offer a wide selection of plus-size wedding dresses designed to flatter and celebrate your curves. Whether your dream dress is sleek and modern, soft and romantic, or bold and dramatic, our collection includes a variety of styles in inclusive sizing.

Can I customize a dress from your collection?

Some customizations are available, but only within our exclusive in-house lines: Sunday’s Bridal and Texas Bridal. These collections were designed with flexibility in mind, so if you’re dreaming of a small tweak, like adding sleeves, changing the neckline, or adjusting a train, let us know during your appointment. Our consultants are experts in these styles and can walk you through which changes are possible.

If your vision goes beyond what’s available, we’ll guide you toward similar gowns that already match the look you’re after. Either way, we’ll help you find a dress that feels personal and completely you.

What is the price range of your wedding dresses?

Our gowns range from $500 to $3,000, offering elegance at every budget. Whether you’re after something timeless and simple or eye-catching and detailed, we’ve got options that won’t compromise on style or quality. How long does it take to get a wedding dress from Sunday’s Bridal?

If you’re looking to walk out with a gown today, we’ve got you covered. Many of our dresses are off-the-rack, meaning you can fall in love and take them home the very same day.

Do you prefer something made-to-order? Expect a 4-6-month timeline, depending on the style. That’s why we recommend shopping at least 6-9 months before your big day to allow time for delivery and any alterations.

Do you offer financing or payment plans?

What is your return or exchange policy?

Accepted Answer

All sales at Sunday’s Bridal are final. Because of the nature of bridalwear and the uniqueness of each gown, we are unable to accept returns, exchanges, or offer refunds for dresses bought in store. We recommend trying on your top choices carefully and asking all your questions during your appointment. We’re here to help you feel 100% sure before you say “yes.”

Do you offer dress preservation services?

We don’t currently offer in-house gown preservation or cleaning services. However, we’re happy to point you toward trusted DFW-area vendors who specialize in bridal gown care after the big day. Whether you're looking to professionally clean, preserve, or store your dress, we can help you find the right resources to protect your gown for years to come.

What should I bring to my bridal appointment at Sunday’s Bridal?

To get the most out of your appointment, we recommend wearing nude or white undergarments. Strapless or convertible bras work especially well. If you're comfortable, bring shapewear or something form-fitting underneath to help you better visualize the fit of each dress.

Keep makeup minimal to protect our gowns, and feel free to bring heels or the shoes you might wear on your wedding day. If you forget, no worries. We’ve got disposable slippers and shoe covers on hand.

And if you’re booked for a private bridal appointment, don’t forget: mimosas are on us. It’s the perfect way to toast to your big moment!

Do you provide shoe covers for trying on dresses?

Yes! We provide both disposable slippers and shoe covers to help keep our gowns in perfect condition. Whether you're slipping in and out of styles or just browsing, you'll feel comfortable knowing we’re keeping things clean and welcoming for every bride.

Question 12

Can I take pictures during my appointment?

Accepted Answer

Absolutely. We love seeing your happy moments, whether it’s mirror selfies, group shots with your crew, or that tearful “yes!” reaction. Feel free to snap photos throughout your appointment. Just keep in mind that our showroom is a shared space, so please supervise children and use phones respectfully to make sure everyone has a great experience.

The gown that almost every girl asks for when they walk into our shop, has also been one of the gowns that has not left with the bride! Try on different styles, shapes, textures and find out what works for your body type, personality and wedding.

Be prepared (and on time)

Plan to arrive 10 minutes early to check in. Be sure to wear minimal makeup and appropriate under garments. You will be spending a lot of time with a stranger who will be helping you in and out of gowns. Be honest with your consultant - if you hate a gown ... move on. Your feedback helps your consultant find what will work for you!

Keep your entourage to a minimum

This is for the bride's sanity more than anything else! Any more than 3-4 additional cheerleaders can become extremely overwhelming for a bride. Too many times we've seen brides melt under the pressure of everyone else's opinion. There's nothing worse than seeing a beaming face turn to tears because of a crowd who couldn't agree on what the bride should wear.

Can I have makeup on?

Very little please! If your makeup stains the dresses you will be responsible for cleaning cost which runs about $50-80. These are the actual dresses what brides will take home and we have no extra budget to get them cleaned.

Question 18

What should I wear to my appointment?

Accepted Answer

Please wear underwear! I know you might think this would be an obvious request, but you would be surprised.  I will not let you try on gowns without underwear. You do not need a strapless bra when trying dresses on but if you have one by all means bring it. You can wear your regular bra, since you haven't chosen a dress yet, and it's difficult to know what kind of undergarments to buy.  Spanx is your friend, and if you have it wear it, don’t be ashamed about it. You need to try on your dress exactly the way you will wear it on your special day.

We ask all of our brides and guests to remove their shoes

This is merely to protect the dresses. No one wants a dress with heal marks all over it.
We have shoe covers available .(Honestly, it makes the shopping experience more relaxing anyway!)

How long are your appointments?

We offer 60-120 minutes  appointments. Choose the best type of appointment for you at booking.  We book the time just for YOU!  Please make every effort to show up.

Do I need an appointment for accessories shopping?

Accepted Answer

You can always drop by to take a look.  If you are just looking for a veil, petticoat or other accessories you can drop in at any time, If you wish to try on your dress, please contact us for an available time. Accessories appointments are 30 min.

What are the terms and conditions of your shop?

Accepted Answer

We take all credit or debit cards and cash. No Checks.
All in store sales are final. No returns, refunds, or exchanges. Deposits are not refundable.
Alterations are not included in the price of a dress.

We are not responsible for pins left in dress by manufacturer or discoloring of fabric, sequences, beads over time. We are not responsible for size fit based on weight gain or loss.  We are not responsible for, or make any promises for any other business including but not limited to alteration referrals. You agree to these terms and conditions any time you make a purchase from Sundays Bridal whether online or in the store.

Can you take pictures of dresses in the store?

You, of course! We encourage brides and guests to take good pictures. We offer a very relaxed environment and try our best to have you enjoy your time with us.

Do you allow children in your store?

Accepted Answer

Of course. Just no large strollers please. We ask that your children be supervised at all times. No running, crawling or touching mirrors please.

Sundays Bridal does not do in house alterations. We can however recommend some local ones in the DFW area. It is very important to choose one that explains what they are going to do, how, and lastly the cost.
